Greg Brown has enjoyed a nearly 30-year career with Learfield.
The sports division launched in 1975 with the radio rights to the University of Missouri, a partner school still today. Under six years of his guidance, Learfield has experienced unprecedented growth and visibility in the marketplace, from representing approximately 15 collegiate institutions to now managing the multimedia rights and sponsorships for nearly 100 universities and associations.
As President and CEO, Brown continues to push the company to new heights with multiple acquisitions and partnerships under the Learfield name, including joint ventures with Levy Restaurants and IMG (IMGLTS) and acquisitions of SIDEARM Sports, ANC and two licensing companies, Licensing Resource Group and Strategic Marketing Associates.
A pioneer in signage technology, Jerry Cifarelli has spent more than 35 years in marketing and advertising sales. He co-founded ANC in 1997 and has played a prominent role implementing digital signage in sports and non-sports spectaculars.
Consistently exploring growth opportunities, he has spearheaded the development of strategic alliances with global Fortune500 companies, started an ANC Private Label LED product line, and expanded the company’s market presence beyond sports to retail and transportation venues.
Prior to founding ANC, Cifarelli spent six years with Dorna USA, first as VP of Marketing and later as President & Chief Executive Officer, where he introduced rotational signage technology in the NBA and MLB.
Bill Daugherty brings over 20 years of sports and business expertise to ANC, including seniormanagement experience with the National Basketball Association.
While serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development of the NBA, he led the establishment of the NBA Store in New York City, the All-Star Jam Session, and the “I Love This Stuff” branding initiative. After leaving the NBA, he co-founded Interactive Search Holdings, Inc. (ISH) which developed online search distribution properties and served as the private label homepage for many Dell Computer platforms. ISH was Google’s 2nd largest domestic distribution partner behind AOL when it was sold to Ask.com in 2004.
Recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and is the Founder of the Center for Entrepreneurship at The Met Center, a charter high school in Providence and is Executive Chairman of NBA Math Hoops.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS /
After joining the company in 2004 as a field technician in the Southwest Region of the United States, AJ joined the project management team in 2008. He was promoted to oversee the company’s operations and client services departments in 2013 and plays an integral role in the initial operations of all new installations. After playing pivotal roles in some of the company’s collegiate projects, including the installation of a new high-definition video screen at the University of Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium, AJ was promoted to Project Manager in 2009.
AJ has since led installations at Brigham Young University’s LaVell Edwards Field, Temple University’s Liacouras Center, Xavier University’s Cintas Center and multiple renovations of the Seattle Mariners’ Safeco Field, while also contributing to ANC’s deployment of three new video screens at Fenway Park. AJ drew upon his experiences in the field to manage the company’s installations onsite. He now utilizes both his expertise as an operator and deployment specialist to ensure our new installations are operating to their fullest potential.
Marc Jenkins joined Learfield as COO in January 2014 to provide key senior leadership for the company’s collegiate multimedia rights business, digital endeavors and ticketing and concessions joint ventures.
Jenkins previously served as Vice President, Digital Media for NASCAR, where he led efforts for the entire digital media spectrum and managed more than60 employees. He also held roles as General Counsel for MLB’s Chicago White Sox and with Morgan Stanley and Cravath, Swaine & Moore corporate law firm in New York.
In 2012, Jenkins was recognized as a “Forty Under 40” recipient by the Sports Business Journal.
Mr. Fumai currently manages the Company's accounting and financial planning functions. Prior to joining ANC, Mr. Fumai served as Vice President of FInance and Controller for the San Diego Padres, overseeing all aspects of business development and finance. He previously held a financial positionat Pricewaterhouse Coopers, working primarily in the audit practice of the Technology, Information, and Entertainment industry group.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, INTEGRATION & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT /
Malik has more than ten years of experience in venue technology, specializing in sports and entertainment signage deployments. Currently, Malik is responsible for spearheading the construction and/or enhancement of venue video display systems, control rooms, as well as the deployment of ANC’s operating systems. Additionally, Malik leads the company’s initiatives into developing, partnering and deploying new technologies and services which compliment ANC’s software packages in an effort to enhance the consumer atmosphere for our partners.
After joining ANC in 2002 as a field technician, Malik played pivotal roles in many of the company’s first LED installation projects that included both ribbon systems and video screens, such as M&T Bank Stadium, Target Center and Quicken Loans Arena. He has also spearheaded the installations at some of the company’s highest profile projects, such as the construction of the new Nationals Park in Washington DC and the high-definition renovation of the Verizon Center. Some of the additional projects which Malik has worked on include AT&T Park, Bridgestone Arena, Verizon Center, and Arizona State University.
Chris Mascatello has more than 15 years of experience in the digital signage industry. Currently he oversees the Company’s signage equipment sales and is directly involved in all large-scale venue video display system installations. Most recently, he has led the launch ofANC’s retail and transportation business segments.
Mascatello also oversees the development of new partnerships which will increase the Company’s line of video system products and services. He initiated the operation of ANC’s first LED fascia systems and continues to keep ANC on the cutting edge of display technologies.
Mark Stross joined ANC in 1999 and spearheaded the creation of ANC's software systems, including the award winning vSOFT operating system.
Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer, Stross oversees the Technology Department, responsible for the development of the company’s new technologies and innovative playback systems.
In addition to launching vSOFT, he has combined the intellectual properties of ScorePAD, StatusPro and Playable TV into one of the most advanced software application in the world. Stross is a frequent contributor to the industry, serving on the Digital Signage Expo Advisory Board and speaking at events such as DSE, NAB and IDEA.
Steve Kerepesi joined ANC in 2016 as EVP, Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in business development to the company. Kerepesi is responsible for growing ANC’s technology market share in sports, while developing new business partnerships in the retail, transit, entertainment and commercial verticals. Previously, Kerepesi served as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Integrated Marketing & Sales for Pac-12 Networks. As one of the founding members of their senior management team, he was responsible for securing strategic partnerships with regional, national, and multi-national brands. He also brings extensive experience in strategic marketing solutions and generating sustainable long-term revenue and partnerships.
Prior to Pac-12 Networks, Kerepesi served as Senior Vice President, Managing Director for the U.S. Business Development Group at IMG. He was responsible for developing long-term relationships with Fortune 500 brands by providing innovative and strategic marketing solutions on behalf of IMG’s sports, entertainment, and media businesses.
Jack joined ANC in February, 2017 to lead the company’s project management division. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the signage industry, including more than 15 years deploying digital signage applications from numerous manufacturers. Prior to joining ANC, Jack spent 20 years at Tubeart, most recently as Vice President, Special Projects.
Additional notable projects Jack was responsible for include Memorial Coliseum scoreboard integration; Moda Center rebrand, way-finding, branding elements and interactive signage structures; OHSU Campus wide re-brand; Skourtes tower way-finding and branding; as well as CenturyLink Field and Seattle Seahawks branding and identity projects; and numerous mechanical LED systems such as rotating signage, auto-height adjusting displays, and moving signage elements.
A well-respected industry leader in large scale commercial, institutional and stadium signage projects, Jack brings ANC additional expertise within LED/LCD deployments, wayfinding signage, naming rights elements, and advertising signage creation.
