A pioneer in signage technology, Jerry Cifarelli has spent more than 35 years in marketing and advertising sales. He co-founded ANC in 1997 and has played a prominent role implementing digital signage in sports and non-sports spectaculars.
Consistently exploring growth opportunities, he has spearheaded the development of strategic alliances with global Fortune500 companies, started an ANC Private Label LED product line, and expanded the company’s market presence beyond sports to retail and transportation venues.
Prior to founding ANC, Cifarelli spent six years with Dorna USA, first as VP of Marketing and later as President & Chief Executive Officer, where he introduced rotational signage technology in the NBA and MLB.
Steve Kerepesi joined ANC in 2016 as EVP, Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in business development to the company. Kerepesi is responsible for growing ANC’s technology market share in sports, while developing new business partnerships in the retail, transit, entertainment and commercial verticals. Previously, Kerepesi served as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Integrated Marketing & Sales for Pac-12 Networks. As one of the founding members of their senior management team, he was responsible for securing strategic partnerships with regional, national, and multi-national brands. He also brings extensive experience in strategic marketing solutions and generating sustainable long-term revenue and partnerships.
Prior to Pac-12 Networks, Kerepesi served as Senior Vice President, Managing Director for the U.S. Business Development Group at IMG. He was responsible for developing long-term relationships with Fortune 500 brands by providing innovative and strategic marketing solutions on behalf of IMG’s sports, entertainment, and media businesses.
Chris Mascatello has more than 15 years of experience in the digital signage industry. Currently he oversees the Company’s signage equipment sales and is directly involved in all large-scale venue video display system installations. Most recently, he has led the launch ofANC’s retail and transportation business segments.
Mascatello also oversees the development of new partnerships which will increase the Company’s line of video system products and services. He initiated the operation of ANC’s first LED fascia systems and continues to keep ANC on the cutting edge of display technologies.
Mark Stross joined ANC in 1999 and spearheaded the creation of ANC's software systems, including the award winning vSOFT operating system.
Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer, Stross oversees the Technology Department, responsible for the development of the company’s new technologies and innovative playback systems.
In addition to launching vSOFT, he has combined the intellectual properties of ScorePAD, StatusPro and Playable TV into one of the most advanced software application in the world. Stross is a frequent contributor to the industry, serving on the Digital Signage Expo Advisory Board and speaking at events such as DSE, NAB and IDEA.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, INTEGRATION & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT /
Malik has more than ten years of experience in venue technology, specializing in sports and entertainment signage deployments. Currently, Malik is responsible for spearheading the construction and/or enhancement of venue video display systems, control rooms, as well as the deployment of ANC’s operating systems. Additionally, Malik leads the company’s initiatives into developing, partnering and deploying new technologies and services which compliment ANC’s software packages in an effort to enhance the consumer atmosphere for our partners.
After joining ANC in 2002 as a field technician, Malik played pivotal roles in many of the company’s first LED installation projects that included both ribbon systems and video screens, such as M&T Bank Stadium, Target Center and Quicken Loans Arena. He has also spearheaded the installations at some of the company’s highest profile projects, such as the construction of the new Nationals Park in Washington DC and the high-definition renovation of the Verizon Center. Some of the additional projects which Malik has worked on include AT&T Park, Bridgestone Arena, Verizon Center, and Arizona State University.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS /
Since 2005, Michael has helped build ANC’s brand awareness through strategic marketing and public relations campaigns. He began with ANC as their Manager of Public Relations, bringing years of PR Agency experience and helping secure press in national publications like The Washington Post, CNBC, AP, and NBC News.
Michael was later promoted to Senior Vice President of External Communications, leading ANC’s RFP and bid process while continuing to increase ANC’s presence in the sports, transit, commercial real estate, and retail industries. While leading the department, he helped secure major projects with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Seattle Mariners, Tennessee Titans, University of Notre Dame, University of Texas, Fulton Center, and Westfield World Trade Center. Apart from ANC, Michael has led brand awareness campaigns for the Big East Conference, George Gershwin Music, Mitchell & Ness (an Adidas company), and The Philly Hoop Group Classic.

AJ has been with ANC since 2004 and has experience working within and managing multiple departments, including project management, client services, and operations. As Vice President of Sales, he utilizes his experience to manage every element of a partnership from conception through completion, using his extensive knowledge of the digital signage implementation process to uncover the most effective and cost conscious digital signage deployment for each partner. AJ began his career with ANC as a field technician in the Southwest Region of the United States, getting on the groung experience working directly with ANC's venue partners. He quickly grew into managment positions overseeing the project management client services, and operations departments. He is also responsible for founding ANC's estimation department, ensuring our cleints receive the best technology and installation at the most cost-effective price. AJ has experience working with some of ANC's largest partners, including the Seattle Mariners, Boston Red Sox, University of Texas, Westfield World Trade Center, University of Florida, Texas Tech University, and many more.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SALES, VENUE SERVICES/
Since joining ANC in 1999, Colleen has played an instrumental part of the company's growth while holding various roles within the organization. Over the past five years, she has focused on developing new signage partnerships; including securing over $10 million worth of LED signage projects in venues such as Penn State University's athletic facilities. Colleen also currently oversees the company's relationship with the NBA, where ANC has rotational, DLP® or LED courtside signage systems with 20 of the 30 teams.
Prior to being promoted through the equipment sales division, Colleen served as director of client services where she launched ANC's graphics design division which provides the company's partners with turnkey LED signage content. She has over 15 years of experience in sports, which includes overseeing the NBA’s signage programs and leading all related initiatives for the WNBA launch in 1997. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Colleen was a star member of the women’s field hockey team and served on the USOC Field Hockey Marketing Committee.
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES /
Jerry joined ANC in 2012 to focus on introducting ANC's turnkey technology and service solution to the college market. He now oversees the growth of the company's college division, which registers more than $15 million of revenue annually.
Spearheading projects from the beginning of the sales process through installtion, Jerry has led projects and partnership wtih both public and private institutions, such as Quinnipiac Universtiy, Providence College, Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, Iona College, Butler University, University of Wyoming, and University of Louisville. Prior to joining ANC, Jerry was a member of the sponsorship sales department at Fenway Sports Group, which manages the rights for properties such as the Boston Red Sox, Boston College, and other New England properties.
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS /
Joseph joined ANC in November 2012 as an Account Executive in ANC’s Client Services division. He was quickly promoted to Manager of Client Services and transitioned to Operations Manager in 2015. In 2017, Joseph was promoted to Vice President of Operations, where he is responsible for our operations team in venues all across the US.
Joseph helped manage the digital signage installation at Westfield World Trade Center. He also helped coordinate graphic production and operations for LeBron James’ first game back in Cleveland and Kobe Bryant’s final career game in LA. Joseph is a graduate of Iona College.

Jude brings 30 years' experience in the signage industry to ANC and is responsible for managing their team of project managers. Managing ANC's project managers, Jude ensures safety comes first and is OSHA-30 certified. She believes that managing any project is a creative challenge, and there's always a way to solve every problem. Beginning her career in design, Jude has a complete understanding for structure, efficient design, branding, and color. Ultimately, her fascination with structural design and lighting led her to working within the LED signage industry. Over the last few years, Jude has personally managed LED scoreboard projects venues for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Houstan Texans, Chicago White Sox, Winnipeg Jets, and the University of Wyoming, among a few.

Dave joined ANC in 2010 as vice president of sales, focusing on using an engineering background to develop and fulfill new business intiatives surrounding the company's large LED signage systems.
Most recently, Dave spearheaded ANC's deployment at Quicken Loans Arena, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Dave brings over 20 years of sales experience to ANC Sports, including ten years of expertise marketing signage products for LSI Industries. Most recently, he served as director of LED displays for LSI Industries and was responsible for improving sales from less than $1 million per year to more than $13 million per year. Additionally, Dave led permanent graphic sales to oil companies over a two year period, reaching double digit sales growth year after year. Previously, Dave spent ten years with BP Oil Company, where he was responsible for setting up.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR /
Joshua began his career in motion graphcs serving as an animator for the Philadelphia Flyers and Sixers. In 2007, he joined ANC as a core member of their design team, leading graphic design work for ANC clients like the Washington Nationals, Seattle Mariners, Dallas Cowboys, Tennessee Titans, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Penn State University.
He was later promoted to Creative Director, overseeing the management of ANC's design team and focusing on growing the capabilities of the department. Joshua earned a degree in Media Arts from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and has over 10 years' experience in sports graphics.
